Well, my sister heard it but was driving, so she called me to see if I could find anything online… there was nothing for at least an hour after it went off. Luckily my sister works with someone who could find out what was going on sooner, but still…one guy said the Seabrook alert did not show up on his phone until an hour after it was sent
