There was a show on AXS TV about Dave Grohl.
Actually it was more about Sound City in LA. A studio that recorded tons of top names. Any way, they shut down and was selling all their old analog/tape equipment. Grohl bought it and put it in his own studio.
Wonderful show.

I miss the old analog stuff ( mixers, reel to reel, pedals, etc. ), you can get sounds out of them you can't with digital, especially that crunchy industrial tone. Of course, that's why it's all so expensive when you find it now.
