see? I cannot tell if you are mad, pissed off or pissed on, just grumpy or maybe you need a neck rub. You know I have been here since 2002 and things never change, just the names.

I like some of the regulars' alts, they are / can be fun, to watch someone mood write. That is what I do with my alts. But come on, 1201, you can't expect everyone to take poetry seriously just because you do.

What really upsets me is when people get angry at alts even when they have a dozen of their own. and what makes me laugh my ass off and bothers me at the same time, is being assigned blame for an alt that IS NOT mine!! I still get a chuckle out of the idjits that do that.

Anyway, just write, GC, just write. You are so good, too good to flub around and waste your time with posers. They know who they are, and they do not write poetry. You've been an accidental mentor to me and many others and I do adore you but I wish you would calm down. I am afraid Iwill pop in here one day and Angeline will tell me you croaked from a cardiac infarc and then I will have to write a frog poem about you.

I never said it was garbage. Some of it is good. She just needs to hit the breaks and look at the map, once in a while. I mean, why submit every single poem you write? There are poems getting flushed out of the new poems list without comments. Me, I'd change strategy. But hey what do I know.

Indeed, it's amusing to see poems with three comments and 100 5-star votes. I don't think there are even that many people reading poetry on Lit.

I dunno why, but I am having trouble getting to parts of Lit, including my poems internal parts, ( ick, sounds gross).

however, I just want to thank 1201 for even mentioning me in the same breath with WickedEve and annaswirls. I miss them so much it physically hurts!! and yes, oh my goodness, there are some wonderful poets here now. I consider myself lucky and blessed.

I am assuming people read my new one, and on that, I will thank you profusely. I almost added something to the title and changed my mind at the last minute.

I would say at least 1201 "got it" for which I am grateful

I have been here long enough to know that the system must be flawed, or at least a little weird. I had a poem once that had ten votes, ten comments, all by different people and none were mine, neither votes OR comments. But, when the "flush" went through, I lost 5 votes. The comments are important because they matter. Votes don't, not in the grand scheme, but I leave voting on because sometimes folks won't comment or give suggestions if they cannot vote.

I appreciate suggestions. Unless they involve me alone with a sharp object, inserted internally. Thanks, anon, glad you're gone....

It is not the fact, "I consider which", other people did, and due to anon action, months or even years after posting, commented on with accusations, six or seven have been taken out. Plus, I think Tazz the wonder boy does not always leave 5's, if he does not know...how can he judge?
This has been a methodical action, ironically due to the style of writing in the comments I am reasonably sure I know who it is.
I don't judge my own stuff, other people do, here it is not a reaction to the poem posted, but to the person. I can live with it to a certain extent. I say something someone doesn't like I take the hit, most get over it. So, half of what I write becomes anon bait, I have to get some amusement out of this. And it is all so laughable.
So what you have in New Poems is a maybe a max of maybe seven people commenting, really commenting.
Tazz says hello, Ash says Hello!!! The serial submitters sit on their ass and write more "poetry", the mods get defensive, I just get more cynical and sarcastic.
everybody wins.
