This will sound weird .... But visualise yourself climbing for the six week recovery and it will help you maintain your muscle.

My orthopaedic surgeon made me do that whilst I waiting for my first reconstruction, and I maintained my strength whilst wearing a brace for 2 months

Oh I intend to do more than just visualize. Pull ups and finger training on a hang board. Climbing easy routes with one foot is not off the table either 😏
