So do build your character assets in Poser, Blender, ZBrush or Daz? (something else?) and then add textures and details in photoshop (or similar app)?

Obviously some threads have images which are machine assisted. (Some folk need more assistance than others).
There are a handful that are "machine-produced" (AI). This is not one of those.

What sort of imagery are you after?
 
Sorry, the end results of both are, in effect, untouched by human hand... the talent resides within the machine and those who produced it, not the putative "artist"... and that is decidedly not art in my book.

Each to their own, I suppose.

I get not thinking AI imagery is art, that's fine. I draw the line at claiming anything digital is not art. That's ridiculous. Are Pixar movies art?
