🎶 Spotify Wrapped 2024 Year in Review 🎶

I don't use Spotify but if they account for offline listening, I'd be tempted to switch. I'm like 99% sure that the YouTube recap still doesn't track downloaded listening. Google is already tracking everything so what gives?! Don't act like my phone doesn't record that data and upload it as soon as I'm connected! Anyway that's enough grumbling from me 😂 At least my most played artist is probably accurate.

It amuses me that my top 5 songs are Chappell Roan and then The Ballad of the Witches Road.
Top 5 artists seems fair enough
It’s funny - while I’d say that my Wrapped has some accuracy, I can’t listen to music at work and I’m there most of the time. I have a short commute (not complaining). And then when I’m home, I’m running around like crazy. So my “minutes listened” is low, so I’m not sure this totally reflects my style, but I will stick by my list.

Maybe that will be one of my New Year Resolutions- make more time for music in my life. I like that one.

i love the responses and learning a little more about everyone from their top 5s...i was surprised that my listening mins seem to be so fairly low too. i suppose i usually listen when im driving or in a mood while working or zoning out. i need to listen to more music in the evenings while im enjoying a gummy or two. thank you all for sharing, i look forward to seeing everyone elses.

Yeah I use Spotify for when I'm cleaning or cooking so it's usually something fun or motivating.
I switch to physical media - cds, vinyls etc, when I'm actually wanting to relax and enjoy music (which is not as often as it should be). I feel those top 5's would be quite different.

Not a spotify user... i had an account, but musician friends told me how little they get for their millions of streams, so i use Bandcamp to buy stuff... my list would be artists who have released albums this year

A rough guess of my top plays would be

Erland Cooper
Cassandra Jenkins
Penguin Cafe
Public Service Broadcasting

I wanna bump this because I'm curious for people who listen to a lot of music to share
@morelikeasong
@vagrantx
@UnquietDreams
I wish I had something more exciting for you. My top songs were 4/5 Noah Kahan songs 🤣
He released the final version of his album in January, which I listened to a million times. For the first half of the year. Then my husband just got hooked on him in the last couple months. And we share a Spotify account, so no one else stood a chance.

I listen a lottttt to mixed playlists. So my wrapped is very skewed by specific artists that I binged. My wrapped playlist is more accurate, IMO.

I had Rim Job just outside my top 20🤣

My Spotify wrapped up is messed up because I use my Spotify while at work in my office and it's a lot of mellow instrumentals, so Spotify thinks I have a thing for cello music (which I do), but it dominates my most played list compared to music I actually play for fun lol.

I think it's time for me to start using Spotify. I always use Apple Music. I'm a music lover, so I really like most of what you've shared. Right now, I spend a lot of time studying, but thanks to the help of https://liahelp.com, I have time for my own hobbies. As you might have guessed, my hobbies are music and sports. It’s a great combination, in my opinion.
