Basic idea.....I am a 41 year old male who was jaded from a bad divorce has shut him self off from relationship who owns a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom with a 2 and a half floor house. The Upstairs is a master bedroom with its own bathroom that is for rent, while down stairs that is his room has a bathroom for him. The half floor is the kitchen, living room, deck and garage..
The woman is a widow she can be made in to fit my co-writer.... Ideally she would be in her 60's but 30+...
I can see them slowly bonding doing the innocent like her falling asleep with her head on his lap while watching movies, her doing yoga on the patio and pool that is where my home office is... PM me if you like the sounds of this, I would love to brain storm and flush this out better with my writing partner. This will be re-written when I get a writing partner.

I am looking to do a srp where we are both broken. She would be on the streets from losing it all with her husband that just one day never came home....My guy has a home and a job, but going threw the motions of life, not wanting to let anyone in to hurt him again after he had a bad divorce at a young age 20 years ago..... The meet on the street maybe finding cover under a store over hang to hide out from a unexpected heavy down poor.... This puts two strangers close to each other and get them talking... Maybe he finds out she lives on the streets and offers her a job as a live in house keeper...This opens up the long term slow bonding with them both having jaded edges, to slowly soften and heal the scars from the past....It will start off innocent at first and them slowly bonding....
PM me if you want to play the female role, can make her to fit you... I could see her being 30-40's maybe as young as 21, tho like I said make her fit your view on her age/shape/looks....

You are a waitress working in a gentleman's club/strip club, Most the regs all ways try and do stuff like pinch your butt as you walk by.. You notice I come every day about 6-8ish pm I look at you but never try to do anything to you, I just seam to want to be there and relax... One day we meet at random, maybe you call for a plumber and I come to your apartment in a run down area.... We get talking and I ask if you are happy working there and you say no.. I offer you a job to do light cleaning in the public area, and laundry.. I would give you a room in a normal house (nice not fancy) and a paycheck.... You can come up with why she takes the offer, maybe to get out of the run down slum apartment and away form the job where she gets treated as sexual eye candy...
You can make your lady any age, body shape, look.....

I am the only child and my family had a large ranch, over the years we had to sell off the land bit by bit... The last chunk of land I am willing to sell is the bit next door, where your house is.. In the back yard I turned the old cattle watering hole into a private pond. Recently I became disabled (thinking car crash) so I spend allot of time relaxing on my front porch in the hammock or maybe fishing off the swimming dock I put in.
You would be the lady who moves in next door, maybe just got a divorce to get out of a bad marriage or a widow. You can make the lady to fit you, so any age or body shape/look... I am open to if you want her to be bi or lesbian. Maybe at the start she is in a man hating stage and in time they slowly get closer. If she is a lesbian, best he can hope for is to help hold her toys with out ever being active in a 2 some or 3 way..
