yay! just learned i have thursday as well as friday off this week - boss called; think she wanted to make sure i was sweet still about her having this saturday off, so suggested i took the thursday as well as my day in lieu. ha i don't care, means i can get some sleep and stay up late and write and write and write.

hmmn, guess i'd better do some mother-type things and shop for food, laundry, the boring bits

I had a thought, Toddy, from the live thread. remember mountains, dung tuns, fertilizer, stones?

It occurred to me you should plant a little garden on the lee side of the mountain, spread some fertilizer and grow some stones.

Do you know what makes me sad? Someone playing Duck and Drakes, skimming stones across the water. These little guys have spent millions of years getting back to land and some tosser (scuse the pun!) chucks them right back in again!
