Accidental flashing: a writing prompt

Today, I happened to read this story at Not Always Right: https://notalwaysright.com/today-was-looking-up-and-then-they-looked-up/199616/

Not quoting for copyright reasons, but the story-writer was sitting on the floor in a store, grabbing merchandise from some drawers (no pun intended). A "slightly older customer" came and stood right next to the author and asked for help. Looking up at the customer, story-teller realized that the customer:

1. Was wearing very loose, flared shorts, and
2. Was not wearing underpants.

The write-for-Literotica lobe of my brain immediately came up with a story starting with this premise. It seems very flexible, you could have scenarios with that exact start that range from Erotic Encounters, to Lesbian Sex, to BDSM, to Sci-Fi (the customer is an alien who doesn't actually know about underwear, they've only seen TV images of people through 1970). The story has a female customer (but doesn't specify the gender of the store clerk), but you could vary that if you chose.

What do you think? I'm not going to post my own idea yet to avoid poisoning other people's creativity.

Some time ago I was getting back into my car, after lunch. A young woman in the car next to me, parked a little too close, was putting some bags of shopping onto her back seat. I stood back to give her access, and glimpsed a very nice pair of bare breasts as she leaned forward.

When she straightened up and turned to thank me, those very nice breasts swayed very nicely. She knew, of course, being braless, and her smile, knowing what I'd seen and what she wasn't quite wearing, was delightful.

I could see this as a toys story where the young lady is testing out a new set of ben wa balls. Perhaps on a dare, or instructions from her dom(me) and is fighting between embarassment and arousal.

One easy variation is that the "flash" wasn't accidental. Take your pick on motivations. I say she's an exhibitionist.
