Dan Bongino, President Donald Trump's choice for deputy director of the FBI, has been sworn in to serve in the federal agency.

"It is an honor to serve as Deputy Director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation at such a critical time for our nation. The American people deserve a justice system that is transparent, accountable, and committed to the rule of law," Bongino said in a Monday post on X.

"My promise to you is that I will work tirelessly to help restore integrity, eliminate political bias, and ensure the FBI remains dedicated to its core mission of protecting the United States and upholding the Constitution," Bongino continued.

Republican Rep. Eli Crane of Arizona shared Bongino's post and wrote, "The FBI is so back."

There will be no escaping the justice that is about to take place.

He was one of the individuals named in the pardon.

Interesting take. One about which the courts don't agree with your view that the pardon will cover all his sins against the country.

It isn't a take, it's a fact.

The pardon will cover everything listed in the pardon .

That's not how it works. If it did then the J6-er who was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm should have had his request for dismissal of his criminal case granted.

Unfortunately for your version of reality, the courts have said that the pardons don't cover outside charges even if they were contemporaneous with the pardoned conduct.

Schiff might be in trouble based on that. It depends on how aggressive the DOJ wants to be. Kinzinger should be watching his back too instead of shooting off his mouth (which is a sure sign of someone who absolutely knows he's in trouble and is trying to bluff his way out of it).

He was listed as part of the pardons. Fact.

I didn't make a prediction on what that means. I simply stated the fact. You've extrapolated that to mean something I never said.

Yes, the current administration is certainly vindictive in it's retribution for ONE MAN.
