On Monday, the Supreme Court will begin to address the Colorado ballot issue. According to the news, Donald Trump will not be present. It is unclear whether he chose not to attend because he doesn't want to ruffle feathers or shout out anything about the issue being a political witch hunt, or whether he knows that his usual behaviors would not be tolerated.
One commentator on TV said it would be about forty minutes or so to start it off. I'm surprised the sessions are so short. However, she added the court time limits will not be followed and allow the case presentation to run for several hours. How long will the Justices take to figure out the muddled insurrection scenario after that?
Tune in for the live court actions at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday—history lesson for all Americans in progress. Nine o'clock is a bit early for popcorn, but not for a bowl of oatmeal and coffee to start the day.
