And so it begins.

The ruling was specifically that the Federal government could remove barriers to address immigrants who were legally claiming migrant status in the country.

Texas isn't defying that ruling by putting up more razor wire.

Histrionics. Biden is following immigration law. Texas is impeding it. There are open court cases challenging both that will be resolved. People need to let the court system work out a resolution.
The ruling didn't say that Texas couldn't defend itself against invasion. It didn't say that Texas was wrong in seizing control of the park and denying BP access to it. The Court didn't say Texas was wrong in using razor wire. The Court didn't issue a definitive ruling on those issues it simply referred the case back down to the Circuit Court.

No one has ever answered my question. How does SCOTUS guarantee compliance? What tools do they have?

You didn't say anything new here.

They ruled on an appeal to lift the injunction to cut the razor wire.

The actual case regarding Texas's interference is still pending.

Their orders/rulings.

That wasn't really necessary to add, was it?

Texas is interfering in federal business. Biden is acting as any President should.

Oversimplifying the problem doesn't fix the problem.
Texas has a right to self preservation. The states give the federal government their authority not the other way around. Biden’s dumbass policy does not reflect the American people’s will. I’m surprised MA, NY, IL and CA haven’t handed Biden his face already.

His policy is immigration law.

The courts will decide.

No it’s not, it’s vindictive in nature. Why were Trump‘s border policies legal and yet Biden can’t resume them. Most legal scholars agree that Biden‘s policies are destructive and make zero sense.

This cannot be allowed:

Republicans Reject Supreme Court's Power at Texas Border

Some conservatives urged Texas Governor Greg Abbott to completely ignore the Supreme Court's recent border ruling.
The authors of the U.S. Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution.1

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Arizona v. United States, 567 U.S. 387, 419 (2012) (Scalia, J., dissenting). The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense.2

What does that mean? Immigration law requires asylum claims to be processed if made on US soil.

Why were Trump‘s border policies legal and yet Biden can’t resume them.
All of his orders were challenged. Many were struck down.
Biden maintained title 42 as long as he could.
Remain in Mexico was never tenable and led to dangerous conditions for valid migrants.
Other programs relied on other countries and corruption led to them not working or putting refugees in harms way.

Biden's new policy regarding asylum outside of ports of entry is being rolled out and is similar to 45's policies....but the right won't tell you that.

Most legal scholars agree that Biden‘s policies are destructive and make zero sense.
WTF does this mean? "Most legal scholars"?? What is your criteria to say this?

None. Andy Jackson flaunted the Supremes over the Indian relocation/land grab of which the Trail of Tears was a part. SCOTUS did nothing.

Lively meeting this morning. Lots of good information.

1. Biden CANNOT nationalize the Texas Guard without express written permission of Gov. Abbot. Odds on that anyone?

Biden CAN invoke the Insurrection Act and send regular military. The only quick response unit the Army has is one Battalion of the 82nd Airborne. (18 hours from call up to on the scene.)

2. The Texas Guard consists of 1 Infantry Division with all ancillary support units. 1 Armored Brigade with support units. 1 Fighter Wing, 1 Attack Wing, 1 Airlift Wing with tankers and some ad hoc Special Warfare units.

I hope Biden's handlers don't do something stupid just to flex their muscles while hiding behind desks.
Recall that Eisenhower in 1957 simultaneously federalized the Arkansas National Guard and deployed the 101st Airborne Division to enforce the law in Arkansas.

Nothing he said indicates that to be the case,.dipshit.
I know, but you made a general statement about a "federal worker" that could mean any federal employee, like a Border Patrol member or an FBI agent. You need to be more precise in your use of language. You wouldn't be humiliated daily like you have been.
