Oh god, I'm nowhere near learning a song. I'm still trying to make a D chord sound decent.

I like the sound of finger picking, though. Maybe some James Taylor? IDK. I'm not a serious student, so I'm not going to be disappointed if I don't get too far.

Oh, and funny things I've seen? My silly fingers trying to make a D chord. 😂

I posted this in the face thread a couple days ago with the caption, "My favorite homeopathic remedy is the healing power of boob sweat."

Hmm... I have a guitar, but to say I've learned it would be a serious stretch. I can plunk out a few basic chords, but that's about it. Here's hoping Holly gets further than I did! (that's setting a very low bar)

Funniest thing I've seen... do you mean, like, in movies or television? Or funniest thing in our everyday lives?
I don't know if it's the funniest thing I've ever seen, but a while back I saw a squirrel with a Nutter Butter cookie in its mouth, and that was the happiest, most self-satisfied squirrel I've ever seen. That put a huge smile on my face for the rest of the week.

I took the morning off work to stay in bed. I'll probably have to go in this evening. But I'm kind of looking forward to the commute so I can blast the heat as high as I like without the rest of the family complaining (when I get sick, my body temp regulation is the first thing to go).

Every email I get from Rocksmith reminding me of a new song shames me further and further. I refuse to block them though. I’ll let them and Duolingo battle to the end.

Hmm... So those threatening, "Practice your Swedish or we'll shoot your family! (not their exact words, but you get the idea) that Duolingo sometimes sends... I think we now know who's behind them.

Also, I've decided instead of a beanthrone (I'm not royalty, I don't get a throne), I want a hammock.
