Anyone wanting hugs and random non-sex chat on the thread here?

What I SHOULD do is run or use my rowing machine 4-5x a week
And would you keep that up? Five minutes a day to start with?
With running, you’re better off alternating with a day off when you’re getting back into it; I assume rowing is okay on a daily basis?

I want and need to. I need to get better at getting up early enough to do it, though, which is the hard part
 
I need to concentrate on improving my health. Both physically and Mentally.
I think they’ll be linked but I need to improve my activity and fitness levels.
Find something you enjoy that will start getting you there for each?
