So in a month, you could be used to itI think I'd do better with a "rip off the band-aid all at once" approach and just get up an hour earlier. Unfortunately an hour earlier is 5am. Upshot is I work four 10 hour days so 3 of the 4-5 days per week of exercise could be non-work days and I'd only have to get up at 5am 1-2 days a week
