I have never tried it but, I have seen a mint gel specificaly for bj use, in the 'toy store' It is suposed to make it last longer and give a tingly feeling, like giveing a bj with and altoid.

I've gone the altoid route and its interesting, but not all that fantastic. If your partner blows on your dick after she's used an altoid on you, its a nice cool sensation, but other than that, its not really any different from a regular BJ.
