Just my opinion but you have "real" beautiful breasts. I think you should keep them that way. And if there is even the slightest chance you could lose any of the sensation you love so much from those 'very' erect nipples......why risk it?

Personally, i love naturals...i'd rather go with smaller naturals than big fakes...but then again we all have different tastes...i guess just go with what you feel is right, at the end, it's YOUR body!
