If I were him, I’d drop it.
Every time the royals sanction Andrew again, it reminds people of the scandal. He not in the civil list and hasn’t been forr a while now, there is no point. Let him disappear in to obscurity.
The Epstein files may contain more embarrassment to the royals than just Andrew.
