condom suggestions for blowjobs

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good condom for blowjobs? Wanting to be safe but it seems all the condoms have a spermicide or lubricant and I'm concerned about those chemicals in my mouth. I'm new to this and looking for suggestions. Thanks

I'd say go with flavored condoms. I'd be shocked if they weren't safe to put in your mouth.

Just an interesting point, the same chemicals end up inside and outside the condom becasue when its rolled up the inside touches the outside. But yes flavored ones should be ok for oral(I think all are). I used to use flavored ones with a g/f because she didnt' like cum in her mouth.

We got some of those in a variety bag from Student Death in college. Out of curiosity, I tasted one and it was exactly like licking rubber with a hint of mint.

My preference would be non-spermicidal polyurethane condoms with a bit of silicone lube or a separate good-tasting flavored lube (most flavored lubes are disgustingly sweet and fake to me).

Non-latex dental dams would be my suggestion.

Brand will matter if you use flavored condoms. I tasted the ones we used and some were good and some still tasted like rubber. its been a while so I don't remember which brand was the good one. Also the flavor wears off with enough use. I could usually taste the flavor on her lips after, but one time with the good brand comdom she gave me a very long BJ and when I kissed her after I tasted nothing but latex.

Trustex is good. Endurance is good, and has a ton of flavors, but I don't think you can buy them in bulk (greater than 3 pack ) I know there was another one, but I like to buy condoms 50+ at a time, so it's been a while.

Non-latex dental dams would be my suggestion.

Well, female condoms are supposed to be good, too, but I've never seen one for sale in person. Also, you can't use female and male condoms at the same time because polyurethane and latex stick together.

Agreed but unless you're in a situation where everyone is 100% honest safe and monogamous and all that, condoms are an extreme necessity. With my bf we are always bare, but we play well with others and always use condoms. My only problem is I haven't found anything that tastes OK to go down on a woman.

The pores in the plastic of saran wrap are large enough to let STIs through, IIRC. It's probably better than nothing in a pinch, but it's not a good alternative to latex or poly condoms or dental dams.

In general, we have chosen lifestyles sensitive as our condom of choice....mostly a cost thing......I find that they don't tasted like much of anything, but to be honest, the few times we've used a different brand than this, I wasn't giving blow jobs, so I really don't know. Sometimes it tastes kind of rubbery and those times I just stop with the blow job and continue with a hand job, but the days it doesn't bother me, I just finish him off with my mouth.

Sounds like a waste of a condom and BJ to have one on? If you dont like that taste of cum and you trust the person you are giving the BJ will tell you when he is going to cum then try it that way. You can always spit too

This is not about a taste issue for me. If I wanted to be in a committed relationship with this guy over time and I could truly verify he has no STD, I'd happily suck his dick sans condom and swallow his cum. This is about preventing me getting an STD.

Do people really still think you can't get an STD from oral sex ??
