ICT that I had similar thoughts myself. In fact, I had a "mantra" of sorts. "Always have been, I am now, will always be. What am I? Alone."
IFCT on rare occasions, I still get those negative thoughts in my head.
IAFCT I will NOT allow that negativity to hold me down, even if it may end up turning out to be true, I am going to strive to be as happy as I can be.
