I guess I need to embellish a little as this is not a particularly strong photo. Yet the dance scene held immense power. Its from a movie called Zandalee the two men dancing are Nicolos Cage and Judge Reinhold . One the husband the other the potential lover. The dance takes place precariously close to the edge of a pier and is in a creole style ( I think not certain , New Orleans style of dance ) . I don't remember the actress being in that scene. Just the two men 'sparing' through dance. Essentially intimate yet at war. Hmmmn perhaps this is not the place for this picture after written reflection Shank but it certainly evoked a very strong response in me when I viewed it a considerable time ago.

The new Moulin Rouge had a hella Tango Scene to Roxanne that was almost painful for me to watch the first time because of the implied violence and anger.

Now it is one of my favorite scenes in the movie. The tango of course is one of the most sensual of dances and has D/s undercurrents, IMO.

This is one of the few DVD's that I have bothered owning.

Utube has some of it

I love the Tango scene with Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere in Shall We Dance? The music is amazing and it got me the first time I saw the film.

I am a dancer and I have always loved Tango, we use the music from that film (Santa Maria (Del Buen Ayre) - Gotan Project) for my Tango, although it is a bit slow for a Ballroom Tango, it makes it harder to dance because you have to maintain complete control. I recently started learning Argentinian Tango, which is even more sensual. My dancing teacher is a woman, but she makes me dance Argentinian Tango with her husband, because it just doesn't work with two women dancing it.
