Most people are capable of 'calming' their gag reflex - and that's the right word I think - by doing some careful practice with a couple or three fingers [very short nails!] or with some carefully chosen thing of the right consistency and size. Once past the point of swallow there's little difficulty given the huge amounts of saliva being produced. It's about time and focus and - when it's two people - patience and trust and encouragement. That's as I understand it.

Some people just don't have a gag reflex either. If you time it just right, you can dt without massive amounts of drool. For me that means not being gagged longer than around 10 seconds & a small, 5 second break after. I can control the excess drool, but not the tears, lol. The eye watering I can't figure out a way around yet.
