Difficulty logging in on phone.

I go to the forum. I'm not logged in. I click on "log in" and it takes my to my latest activities page. I scroll down to the bottom and click on "forum" and...i'm still not logged in. I click on "log in" and I'm back to the latest activity page and the wretched cycle begins anew. I keep having to do this over and over until it finally logs me in. Sometimes clicking on a thread or subforum logs me in, sometimes not. I've had this problem since I joined here but it seems to be getting worse. What the hell is going on?

On my phone, when it does that to me, I click "new posts" and I get logged in
