Ain’t like there’s lot of cheap, buildable land and low taxes in California. Land is pretty cheap in Texas. They’d love it in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Alabama or Mississippi. Yeah. Perfect. Think they’ll go there? Ha ha. Maybe an island off the coast of Washington where the weather is nice three weeks out of the year?
