I saw a series of videos recently of a trans girl that has incredible hands free orgasms. She appears to fill her balls and possibly her prostate with something. Has to be some kind of trick. Contrary to the widely believed fake-news that semen comes from the balls, it actually comes from a gland inside the body, close to the prostate, but not in the prostate. There is another smaller gland that produces "pre-cum" but it too is inside and close to the prostate. Neither of those glands are easily accessed through the penis so there would be no way for anyone to "fill" them. It might be possible to pump fake cum into the penis just by expanding the tube inside the penis, but I don't think it would be smart to be playing around in there.

I doubt she fills herself for extra cum, or whatever. She probably just cums a lot, it's not that uncommon, even with transwomen. Why it looks the way it does, is probably because of meds.
