Frail/fragile woman and her athletic lovers

one kink I don’t think I’ve explored much is waifish or petite women with powerful lovers.

I’ve had a few ideas but I never thought of posting them here.

So I’ll just list off some ideas, feel free to add on or pick one or more to discuss

1. Fantasy: kingdom’s army is stretched thin so they seek an alliance with a group of mercenaries or orcs to pad out their defenses. The group accepts but wants a marriage with one of the princesses.

The king accepts: he has a daughter who is beautiful but has always been frail. Even if she does conceive a child, she’ll likely die in childbirth, meaning the alliance will last for the amount of time they need but there will be no heirs born.

Princess accepts her duty knowing she’ll likely die but to her surprise, her new husband is actually very kind and not only is very gentle on their wedding night but has her meet with healers and shamans who slowly strengthen her. As she gets physically stronger she becomes more open with what she wants and their sex becomes more passionate. She becomes pregnant and her husband finally reveals a secret he’s been keeping: there is a prophecy that her father will fall and she will be the one to lead the new kingdom along with her new husband.

The princess, who is still rather frail laughs at this but admits it sounds tempting.

…then a small meteorite hits the castle, destroying the king’s bedroom and killing him, the queen, and several other heirs. The mercenaries move in to provide assistance and the once frail princess assumes emergency powers and claims the throne. With the other heirs too far out and the kingdom needing stability, the princess who everyone thought was a mere sacrifice is now Queen and makes love to her husband right on the throne

2. Spoiled girl gets in a car accident which leaves her bedridden for months. Her friends leave her and her family slowly distances themselves. The only person who sticks with her is her personal trainer, a gorgeous athletic woman who suffered a lot of verbal abuse but stuck with her and is a trained occupational and physical therapist.

After weeks of failing to get much of a response from MC, trainer starts wearing girl’s clothes and starts teasing her about how she looks so much better in them. MC gets irate and says she’s going to beat the shit out of her. Trainer says if MC can complete the workout and reach her with enough strength to do that, she’s welcome to…but if she isn’t, trainer gets to do what she wants to her. MC fails and trainer scoops her up, strips her and takes her to the shower where she bathes her and begins rubbing her, but won’t let her climax. Girl threatens to call her parents but trainer just hands her the phone, reminding her that her parents left her alone.

So begins days of training with the athletic trainer Coming out on top and then getting to play with her each day while the girl get her strength and motivation back.

3. Powerful sorceress is stripped of her magical powers. She was so dependent on them that she never developed her physical strength. She winds up being captured by a group of orcs she once had as henchmen and finds herself brought before their two female leaders…who think she’s a wonderful lookalike and decide to keep her as their “doll” to spice up their love life. She can refuse but the heroes who took away her powers are still looking for her and the other orcs would rather fuck her for a night and give her some coin before leaving her to her own devices

There's possibilities here. Another scenario: a waifish women is rescued from a sex slave situation. One of the rescuers, a soldier or policeman, keeps in touch with her during her rehabilitation and they eventually become a couple. However, after her ordeal she only responds to rough, physical sex. Not BDSM sex like in the movie 'Blue Velvet', but being held down and manhandled and even verbally abused.

First scenario, I would go for the revenge plot here.
On her wedding her, an orc shaman 'reads' her and says the she is destined to slay the King and become Queen.
Of course her father, the King, panics and after the wedding and starts trying anything to kill, but without it being obvious since he still needs the orcs for the war. Eventually it all comes to a head and she indeed kills her father and takes the throne.

Second scenario, I wouldn't change anything really.

Third scenario, I would have the Orcs keep her safe on the condition that she births Orcs for them. Since she is a powerfull sorceress, even though her powers are disabled at the moment, the Orcs she births will be powerfull Orc Shamans.
