How Do I Post The Next Chapter?

Sorry for the dumb question but I tried googling the answer and I couldn't find out. I have three more chapters ready for my story, (The Emilyverse - https://www.literotica.com/s/the-emilyverse ) but I can't figure out a way to add chapters to a story that I've already submitted.
