I've been looking at websites like AZNude lately to see some of my favorite actresses in nude or other sexy scenes and it suddenly got me wondering how this is legal. I know for sure if you share a full movie online without the production company's consent it could be taken down through legal action, but how is sharing small scenes like these legal? It's not just AZNude, the most famous one is of course Mr. Skin that has a bigger library, and then of course you see this situation on other sites like pornhub that shares porn videos from well known adult film companies.

I tried looking up the info online, but can't find any solid answer. Anyone out there know how this is legal?

I think public disclosure is illegal. You can appreciate it yourself. or, just sent it to me by pm.

AzNudes uses mostly clips or pics from movies or videos that are available anyway. Some users just throw them together as compilation. You find similar things on YouTube. Hot sexy Beyonce or Taylor Swift comp and so on. Mr. Skin is a celebrity fakesor faps porn site. Now they are created by ai a few years ago it was done by Photoshop. There are legal sites specifically for this content like devineArts. Is it illegal? If on mr.skin the title says real Emma Watson porn or something I believe it is. I think because there is so much of it around celebrities or their lawyers don't see much point to fight it. It was different in the early 2000s. German soccer goal keeper Oliver Khan took E.A. sports to court because they used his face in the FIFA Soccer video game. This celebrity nude or fake porn is around for years. You can see how it started on the site CFake.com Choose a celebrity who was popular end 90s early 2000s , Britney Spears or Sarah Michelle Geller and click on oldest picture. Then you can see how this got better over the years. Or you can just do a picture search . Type the name of the person and then write Nsfw or deep fake Ai art. The amount of content is massive. As long the creators don't misuse any copyrighted stuff they get away with it. artistic freedom or something. Writing a erotic story about a celebrity here is not illegal either. And remember the rules of the internet.

Rule 34: If it exists, there is porn of it. No exceptions.

Rule 35: If there is no porn of it, porn will be made of it.

You might encounter a copyright infringement thing, but otherwise taking a clip from a publicly distributed movie isn't really going to cause much trouble. Now of course, hacking into their cloud storage and distribution of "private" photos and videos is prosecuted as illegally gaining material and theft plus the hacking charge. Deep fakes and AI art can fall under "fair use" or "parody" in terms of legality but you can still be civilly sued for causing undue stress.
