I searched and joined because I couldn't find what I was looking for.
An older boss who likes their younger coworker but mostly professionally, but he saves her from homelessness after he finds her sleeping in the car in the parking lot after hours. He's firm but gentle, he won't let her sleep in the car out of concern. She is struggling with trusting men as her first and only partner abused her, sex was only painful and mean with him so she left him after he beat her up to the point of a black eye and bruised body. The boss cares for her, they mutually slowly fall in love, as he allows her to live with him, then they fuck and she experienced intimacy the right way. The boss is big and muscular and she is 5'2 tiny frame, chest, red hair, freckles and 20 years old.

Most erotica is rough, I am looking for dominant but with a gentle approach and not fast or rough.

Hi!

Are you looking for a story that has already been written, or you want someone to write this story for you?

With regards to the question of looking for a story that’s already written: Are you describing the plot of a story you read here?

No, what I would like to write but, I am not the best writer. Was hoping maybe someone would write it, or direct me to something at least non violent? Not rough?

So there's a sub-forum (it's kind of hidden inside of the Story Feedback forum), Looking for a Story.

I would make a post there, make it clear that you're looking for any stories that fit your preferences, not a specific one. I'm pretty confident you'll get a good variety of suggestions that will be close to what you're looking for

But also, oh friend, I hope this isn't auto-biographical, I hope you're in a safe place and doing okay 💕

I'm finishing up a story right now that I hope to publish by the end of the week. I might take a shot at writing this. Would you be willing to assist? PM me with more details of the story.

I sent you messages 😊

First, erotica is not necessarily physically rough. The psychological aspects, good and bad, are the most interesting.

I would suggest that nobody here started as "the best writer." (After six years, I'm still trying to improve.) You already have the outline of the plot, the "bones" I might call them. Try writing it yourself and see how it goes. I'm guessing that the female character here could be the narrator?

You might also think about the setting. If I have an office in the story, it's fictionalized but the appearance of the place, inside and out, is based on somewhere I've actually worked.

I like this plot idea and what you have so far of the characters. I have a story I am working on that involves a gradual seduction between a former student who ends up as a basement tenant with her former professor, and little by little, she takes an interest in him and begins to fantasize. He begins to notice her as well, and a relationship develops, and once it becomes physical he broadens her sexually in a gentle way, and it turns into a D/s relationship. She was already intrigued by submission because of something she read or saw and got very turned on, leading to more reading and viewing, but she had not found a way to explore it.

Of course, BDSM is very broad, includes a wide variety of activities, and consent is central and highly refined. Nothing about it should be abusive, even the role-played non-consent, because the sub has consented - which makes all the difference. It encompasses a lot of behavior, practices, and activities that are not that "rough." It is entirely possible to be very dominant and totally gentle and loving. It seems that you understand this already, but just stating it to be clear. It is mainly about control, with the sub surrendering control and responsibility to the dominant. There's a lot of ways for this to happen between two people.

In your situation, the age gap, and smaller-woman/large-man aspect, both of these have an inherent D/s dynamic. A dominant such as you are suggesting would be magnanimous in sharing his gifts, and he acts out a place of self-mastery and inner strength. His leadership of others at work comes out of this strength. I like the brokenness dimension with the female, because it creates another layer of tension and uncertainty. It requires more self-control on the part of the dominant male. His vision for her is not selfish; he will feel great joy in bring her to a place where she can release and surrender into an experience that he creates for them.

One series I love is called "Teaching Carol" here on Lit. It's a very good read and is about a dom teaching a fairly inexperienced women the ways of a sub. I think you might enjoy it. Very dominant but gentle. You should be able to pull it up easily in a search. It's also on audio.

Ght's advice is good, give it a try. Many of us surprised ourselves the first time we attempted to write a story. As he said, you have decent outline of the plot; just give it a setting with descriptions and put together some dialogue. You may surprise yourself, most of us have that happen to us. Putting yourself into one of the main characters helps to create dialogue, out of thin air.
