Kentucky Roll Call

I really like Tom Crean. I think he is a class act. Hopefully he will get the Hoosiers back to the top. I have some doubts that Coach Cal can win it all playing five Frosh. You need the junior and senior experience and defensive skills when you try and go to the final four. Frosh just don't have the defensive skills when up against other great teams. WV was a very good, experienced team that took advantage of U of K's defensive weaknesses. I will always be a Petino fan. I will never forget how low the U of K program was when he became coach. He took U of K back to the top of the college basketball world and Tubby and Gillespi did their best to ruin it.

I pull for Jeff Gordon *ducks in case*
I haven't watched much this year really. I just can't find enjoyment in the Jimmie Johnson show (sorry JJ fans if there are any).
Thanks for the compliment

So the Cats huh? No IU for you eh?

NOoooooooo!!!! Not Jeff Gordon!!!

The only one I can't stand more than Jeff Gordong, is Jimmie Johnson...

I dated a girl that loved Jeff Gordon...and I am a big Mark Martin fan. I bought her a Jeff Gordon thong, and a Mark Martin thong. So, whenever we'd watch a race together, if Mark was leading, she'd put that thong on, and I would pleasure her. If Gordong was leading, she'd put his thong on, and I'd spank her.

For some reason, she didn't mind either way,......;)

BTW...you have nothing to be shy about..

Thanks I think

I knew I was going to have to duck in one way or another :D

Sounds like it would of been easier to just leave the damn thong off *shrugs* :)

See ya later
Glad to have you back ;)

ugh...knew I was burnt out but got done with the shower and had to get some sleep.
Knew there had to be a flaw in your perfection somewhere. Jeffy is the poster boy for everything that's wrong with Nascar these days. Give me Allison, Petty, Earnhardt and those guys. That was racing!

Flaw?? Hmph... Jeff isn't the poster boy for what is wrong, you need to dig a little deeper there. Jeff raced with "those" guys. Nascar is what is wrong with Nascar. Greed and trying to even the field is what is wrong with Nascar. Geesh

where would the fun be in that? watching her pull her gordong thong off and put on the martin one, was awesome...all part of the long tease over a sunday afternoon.

Yes..you can thank me..it was a compliment.

BTW I am thinking the Martin thong didn't see near as much action at the Gordon thong :D

When little Jeffy came along is when Nascar started getting way to commercial and waaaayyyyy to expensive. I agree now that he's older and almost washed up (lol) Nascar itself is the big problem. Since they moved the seat towards the center of the car this year I guess the next thing is to go to single lug tires and take off the fenders.

Honestly that isn't Gordon's fault, jus sayin.

I agree though with everything else you said though, and I can admit that through my flaws

As a die hard Dale Sr fan (and yes, I cried when they announced he was dead) you'll never get me to admit anything good about Gordon...lol
But I can forgive that flaw, all things considered

Ole Spicey looks at Just Too Shy's profile to check for any flaws?? Naw, I think a bigger, clearer profile picture would help. lol.
Now back to NASCAR. Money, Money, Money, especially TV money is the root of NASCAR's evil. " Money Talks and BS Walks, " was never more true than when referring to NASCAR. West Coast TV has a lot to do with the starting times also. NASCAR rules trying to even the fields too much. I would love to see the rules go back towards showroom stock, with the exception of safety items, such as tires, and brakes, etc. If it only has a V6 then that's what you have to race. If it only has front wheel drive, then that's what you race. I don't see where todays race engings, and supsensions, do anything as far as improving the performance of what we can buy out of the dealer showroom.

Pfffft! I think even non Sr fans cried. I did.

All things considered eh? What would those things be? hmmmm?

Sticks tongue out at Spirit!!! :p

Thanks hon!
I agree with you totally. At first when they started to get away from stock cars, it wasn't so bad. It wasn't good, but they didn't kill it just then. Between the economy and the COT is where I think they started to nail the coffin. I also agree that the safety aspects that have been added are fantastic, but that could have been done w/o changing the look or the equipment on the car.
Don't get me started on the Chase and stupid everyone must match like twinkies rules!

OOOH and how about the repaving of Bristol! OMG what a snore the COT and Bristol have become....

I was there that day , and I was not an Earnhardt Sr fan. I was with three other friends that were not his fans either. We were all four stunned and felt a huge loss. Fan or not, he was the best driver of his era. As much as I do like Junior, he is only mediocre compared to his Dad.
Much as I hate to say it, Kyle Bush comes as close to having Seniors talent as any of the current drivers. Jimmy Johnson, J Gordon, and Tony Stuart, would rank as my next three along with Carl Edwards. Harvick and Kurt Bush ? maybe in this group also. lol.

Oh, you'll pay for your insolence, young lady..

I actually cheered when Dale Sr hit the wall, of course at the time, it looked like another wreck, and I felt terrible after about it. But I hated him. Hated his driving style, thought he was dirty and wished someone really would have had the balls to race him back as hard...when he booted Terry Labonte out of the way in the last lap at bristol, I wished someone would have kicked his ass and maybe taken the win away.

However, he was one of the best drivers too, especially in the draft..I can't take anything away from him, but I was never a fan. I like Dale Jr, but you guys are right, he pales in comparison.

I hate Gordon (hate is prolly too strong a word Im not that into it) but I don't like him. Partly because he wasn't a hillbilly, partly because he was good, and mainly cause he's such a whiny little homo sometimes. The first time i ever cheered for him was when he and JJ got into this year..so I've softened my stance a little. Anybody but Jimmie in my opinion.

I think Kyle is good too, but I'll never root for a toyoto..

Ever been to a race at the track there in Kentucky? Is it near you? I almost went this year, I live just across the border in WV...I've only lived down here a couple years, but did you know that even West Virginians make fun of people from Kentucky????

Oh I will, will I? I am thinking it might be worth it :D ( I ain't wearing no Martin thong though)

but did you know that even West Virginians make fun of people from Kentucky????

Since I am not from Kentucky, I won't take too much offense. Still leaves me wondering how West Virginians come off making fun of anyone

Just kidding I make fun of everyone including myself. Sometimes though I hear banjo's and I get a little scared ;)

Kentucky Speedway is a great place to watch a race. Nationwide or Truck.
Now about that remark about Kentucky, lol, I just drove through WVA and Ya'll don't have anything to make fun of KY about. lmao. Takes a Hillbilly to know one. I also just drove through KY from I40 in Tn up US127 . Saw lots of Hillbilly's there also. For that matter, So. Ind has their share of Hillbillies also. :D By the way, Tn is HillBilly capitol of the good Ole USA.
Can't say I am a HillBilly, but I do have my share of red on my neck. ;)
