It is nice how Mom's worry. Making sure we have food. I was in a mood for a hamburger.

Ltgr: resolution was set at 1200 x 800 but then I shrunk it down before posting .. so its a lot clearer when I look at the original here.

I have a Nikon coolpix 950 ... its only a 2.1 MegPixel I usually shoot at XVGA if I know its for the web.

Cam is a little bulky... but I dont like anything tooo small
 
A friend of mine, a coworker, that lives in Tahoe justed IMed Me. She was hiking with her dog in the mountains and came across a bear.

She's OK, after all, she's AIMing me. She was stranded up there for a while before someone came along. Scary for her.

She said a hippie hiker came up after about 45 minutes and walked down with her.

She's OK now, a bit calmer.

OMG... thats a wild story LTGR... so lucky that your friend is OK.... its not safe to try and outrun a bear .... (as you know, I'm sure)
 
Yeah, bears run a lot faster than people.. for a longer period too.

This one probably said..."why bother..I have plenty of honey right here".
 
sooooo fukkin lucky .... she coulda been mauled pretty bad ... I know I woulda been scared shitless
 
Right now I lay on the beach all quite......Just taking the sun in.....putting lotion on.........so nice.......have my book and going to read.
