Whatever comes naturally is probably fine.
Try sometimes lightly brushing the neck with your lips.

It's personal preference, so you should experiment with different techniques on different areas A LOT. I like licking, sucking, and nibbling right where my neck connects to my shoulder, but experimentation and feedback from your partner is the key.

Sad but true...
The ear is the only place I can't stand being kissed. I was either traumatized by childhood ear infections or that guy who had a penchant for sticking his tongue in my ear...so gross!
