Use one of the email addresses you don't usually use.........I have at least ten. If not, sign up for a new one!


A few ago I bought a computer online. The company, a reputable one, had trouble getting parts from Asia. I wanted to cancel my order but that wasn't an option on their phone menu. I sent an email. I saved the message and everytime I thought about it, I sent it to them. Sometimes as many 100 a minute. I didn't take long before they sent me a message saying my order was cancelled and I could stop sending emails.
