Hands down for me is my musical hero, John Fogerty

I had front row center seats. Sat in on sound check hours before the concert. Drank green rivers as he played green river.

Newspaper review next day....when you can play Proud Mary in the middle of a set without worrying about what to play during the encore...

He is in the Rolling Stone magazine top 100 in song writer AND guitar player AND singer.

He is fucking amazing!

Been to 2 concerts where they played their album straight through.
First one was Boston at the Texas Jam when their 3rd album, 3rd Stage, had just come out.

Second one was Peter Frampton 35th anniversary tour of Frampton Comes Alive.
He did every song from that double LP and then did a 90 minute show of his other material afterwards. Amazing show and he is amazing live.

Era's Tour.

There is not a single day that I have ever experienced that many truly happy people in one place (maybe that will change when it happens?). It was magical. It was one of the best days of my life because of that - smiles, happy tears, it was remarkable.
