Apologies to @StillStunned for nearly derailing his Sorcery thread (not done intentionally but within the usual lawless AH traditions) and being politely (and justly) asked To Take It Somewhere Else. But I've got this Map, originally an attempt to plot a landscape and see where I've been, what I haven't covered, where my boundaries lie, but then these things assume a life of their own and before I knew it it the utility had dropped off and I just had this Litworld.

So here we are.



Where are you? What's your neighborhood? Are you a traveler type or is your region just so good you keep working in it?

I haven't given enough thought to related landscapes, what do I have wrong, what needs improvement?

And I am interested in if anyone has attempted to plot their stories on some other set of facets than Lit categories, or otherwise tried to visually categorise them.

Well personally, I'm floating past Exhibitionist Beach in a rather well-appointed yacht, binoculars handy.

Bestial Bay, Bondage Bay, and Fetish Swamp should all at least be on the same side of the island as close to each other as possible. Noncon Lagoon is in a great spot, easily washed away in the next hurricane to hit.

Like I mentioned above, no Peepers' Point. And now I look more closely, no Realm of Fantasy, no Incest Inlet. No Second Person Pit either.

Did you do this in Adobe Illustrator? What did you use for the outline of the island? It looks a bit like Tasmania.

Huh, I always assumed that the Land of Lit would be long and kind of oval shaped with a single peak at the north end and a swamp at the southern end.
