What’s the best way to post/embed videos & gifs in a post?

First of all... wow to those legs... beautiful!
Second: if it is a (relatively) safe for work video or gif, the easiest way is to upload it to for instance imgur or tumblr and use the embed media option (hidden behind the three dots above where you type your posts.) Does that help?
