A middle aged woman, who is upper middle manager in large company hits on hard times in all aspects of her life: problems at home with her 18 y.o son, semi-divorced husband, father, in the office, with co-workers, suordinates and boss, with herself. She goes to therapy and at some moment she's offered an uncommon practice. She takes a pill, goes to sleep, and in her sleep she enters some sort of near future divination. However, when she tries it, and at the very first it works marvelously, she can only progress to "future", or hit on a successful solution only when she choses rather "sexy" ways. For example, she is trying to figure out how to get her boss accept some ideas about work (to get through his thick scull), but in her dream the meeting ends with nothing unless she dresses sexy. Or she divines a crash of water pipe in her home, but can't solve it unless she strips naked and runs around the house, even if it's five A.M in the dream.
Of course, in reality she doesnt need to do those sexy things... Mostly, because, while fixing the pipe hersef - she can't wait for plumber to arrive, she finds that if she took off some clothes it would run smoother. Or, the boss might listen more if she showed a bit more cleavage. She gets hooked on divining her problems, and finds it becoming a sort of superpower she can use for good, like helping a neighbor from heart attack, but very quickly the dreams require more and more sexy debauchery from her: running naked in front of family, friends and neighbors, showing off in the office, beeing frisky, doing sex. She accepts it easily in the dreams - although those are disturbingly realistic, but can't stop asking herself about same things in real life. For example, at one moment she spies on her son's computer and finds tons of (softcore) nudist videos, stories, his personal diary about wanting to be a nudist.
So, eventually, she realises that those sexy things she does in her dreams she could do in real life just as well, and now she steps on a very slippery path already tried and tested in those dreams.
I believe, this is an idea for a long slow story, focused on her inner emotion first, sparkled with setbacks and mishaps. I'd leave an open possibility for multiple incest lines - with both her son and father (and why not add a sister?), but that's optional.
