So I’ve been here long enough to understand the slim odds of finding what we are looking for, but I do love Lit and all of the great people and rare gems in the stories, so it’s always worth a shot.
BACKGROUND: My wife (Sarah) and I are 54 & 53 respectively (though we have always been told that we look and act much younger... you decide if that’s good or bad), and after being married for 3+decades and have only ever been with each other since we meet way back in high school. Life has taken its toll, and it certainly hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve come through it all to a good place, and one where we are very happy with who we are and what we are trying to do together, including: finding another guy for Sarah.
Call it whatever you want: a “friend with benefits”, or a “long term relationship”, a potential “third” for a poly-type of situation, or whatever you want. This is primarily about HER, though - I’m just the lucky husband that gets to try and get our fantasy moving more toward reality!

Because let’s face it: if you are all honest with yourselves, you know that your spouse finding you to be all of these things is simply NOT the same rush as it is when others do. It just doesn’t matter how much you love each other, it’s still DIFFERENT. Call it “new relationship energy” or whatever - is nice to be appreciated by someone other than the one “obligated by law” to do so. Sarah is sweet, like to paint, loves classical music and the arts, travel, history, swimming, walking and being outdoors, is fascinated with politics and getting to know that makes people tick. She’s 5-7”, 150-160 pounds I have to guess - scales were forbidden in our marriage agreement), long brown hair, brown eyes, 36D breasts, great legs, a contagious smile with an adorable dimple, and a personality that just sucks you in and makes you a “best friend for life” before you know what hit you! Granted, I’m biased as I write this, but I’ve not been alone in thinking all of these things at one time or another over the years
THE QUEST: So we FINALLY get to the point of the ad! We are looking for that one rare guy that might fit the bill (... everything sounds dirty when you write it on Lit haha!). We are looking for someone who can carry on a conversation, someone attentive, maybe alpha, someone single OR attached (but MUST be in an open relationship... so sick of married liars wasting her time!). This is not JUST about a physical relationship, but that can certainly be an element of this! Like everyone else, I suppose, she wants a CONNECTION, too. Will we find out on Lit? Probably not.
