A good news source should be middle of the road. Non-biased, no editorializing, just the facts as they are. IF they want to be analytical, then clearly 1) state that it is an "opinion" column rather than news, and 2) use actual verifiable and confirmed FACTS- confirmed by multiple sources- to argue said opinion. CNN does these things. Fox does not, and certain other sources (i.e. the ones that the various Rightgardaddy1 screen names are always quoting from) actually argue wild unproven conspiracy theories and outright debunked lies as "Facts" to bolster their arguments, by which they lose all credibility.
