Good morning…..doggy needs his walking (pee) now and then I’ll be helping the older guys with some painting here in the complex. They said they need a younger set of eyes in short shorts and a tight T. One of the 80 year old guys volunteered but they selected me.

Yep, I am going to try something different today. I have a new mesquite rub I am going to cover them with and let them rest in the fridge for a couple hours before throwing them on. I am hoping its not to overpowering.

I love coffee in the morning but I normally switch to energy drinks or some preworkout powder when walking out the door. I hate to think about the effect the caffeine is having on my adrenal glands

McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin always hits well after drinking too much
