“As construction proceeds on the White House grounds, employees should refrain from taking and sharing photographs of the grounds, to include the East Wing, without prior approval from the Office of Public Affairs,” a Treasury official wrote on Monday evening in an email to department employees viewed by The Wall Street Journal.

The White House is not being destroyed. A section of the east wing is being demolished and rebuilt to accommodate a ballroom. It’s going to be a very nice upgrade.

As you have stated... we are now paying a trillion dollars in interest a year alone, this debt has been acquired over several decades..... most of this debt has been caused by "free" social programs..... ebt, snap, welfare housing, medi-cade, useless grants, giving money to nations around the world... 3-4 billion for Israel alone not counting the cost of military equipment and military services, membership in N.A.T.O. anything to do with N.A.S.A. add to this the constant hemorrhaging of money and military equipment for Ukraine.... the endless war in Afghanistan and 80 billion dollars worth of military equipment the Biden crime family abandoned there as well...and the list of bullshit continues
At the time, individually, these programs don't seem costly but add them up now you have an unsustainable debt...
My opinion only..... fuck all space exploration, it's as useless as tits on a boar.. we have two orbit based telescopes with supporting equipment and costly personnel, for what fucking purpose? Price of two useless space stations one of which became obsolete and crashed.... all extremely costly, their presence didn't cure cancer or world hunger so what the fuck?
