toys and pregnancy

I've heard that some toys were safe during pregnancy but some weren't. What is all your take on it? Personally my orgasms are alot stronger now that I am pregnant especially with a vibe.

I am pretty sure that during the course of a normal pregnancy, you can do almost anything that you would have done before pregnancy... I did... I just made sure the toys were super clean... I used my vibe through both my prenancies... my ex-husband probably was glad to have a break now and then... I was a sex fiend during pregnancy... LOL

and... as embarassing as it may seem... ask your Dr... I doubt there is anything that they would be shocked to hear...

thanks We are very much into toys, and of course getting bigger doesn't help either lol. I just need SEX ALOT more lately and its driving me nuts! Thanks for the link I'll check it out! And thank goodness I have toy cleaners, got to do my butt beads soon

I'm a student doctor and I've just finished my Obs and Gynae rotation. I can't see any problems with using sex toys while pregnant since you can have sex pretty much all the way up to labour. Cleaning them well is a good idea and just remember to be careful.
