It doesn't have to be that rancher in WY, either. Lots of us here in MD are tired of throwing our tax dollars down that rat infested shithole. The trouble is; being a conservative in a hopelessly blue state. At least our current Governor (the second (R) Governor in over 30 years has a little bit of common sense.

The City of Baltimore has the highest dollar per student ratio over any other jurisdiction in the state, but has the lowest literacy rate. I wonder why? And that's just the beginning of the squandering of resources that the State (and Federal) governments throw into that shithole.
