Trump Goes Pearl Harbor On National Labor Relations Board

Why? Do you think it’s that open and shut?

What happens if he appoints another chairman in the interim?

Selia is directly on point and there's no legal or equitable basis to change or modify that decision.

That means the lower courts are bound by Selia, as are the appellate courts. The SCOTUS isn't going to revisit the issue either since it was decided only 4 years ago and nothing's changed in the interim.

If Trump appoints someone else for the job, that's his prerogative as President.

Thanks! I’ll read up on Selia
