my sunflowers are doing well. had a couple of [warm] sunny days. got a chap tending to their hydration needs while i'm away.
going to meander up there over a couple of days instead of banzai! in several hours.
will let you know what the dawgs are like. no frogs...

Four days in sunny Peak District this week, nary a drop of rain, but I had forgotten just how busy and crowded the place can feel. Jolly fine scenic bits at times but ... and you would expect me to say this ... it's good to be back at the top of Yorkshire again!!
Enjoy Scotland GA, this is the best time of year I reckon

Nothing compared to the A47!
With lockdown easing and people eager to take a vacation after spending more than a year at home, there was a solid queue of caravans and campers between Peterborough and King's Lynn; beyond that the way to the Norfolk Broads wasn't clever and from K.L. to Hunstanton I think most drivers wanted to commit suicide.
Fridays are generally bad, but yesterday it was the Highway to Hell!

But regularly comes up beyond the M4 flyover & up to North of Michael wood...
