i eat the peeps... stale and all.

If I had to pick a 'one candy' to take a lifetime's supply to a tropical island and NO other... it would be lemon heads.

(Though I would beg for cherry heads).

Stale peeps rule.

Lemon heads rule. Especially if you gnaw off the outer part on some and suck on the insides. Then sometimes just crunch 'em whole.

I like one bite of candy orange slice and one bite of tootsie roll together.

The purple ones are clove flavored.

And yes, there's clove candy. I've got 2 boxes of clove flavored hard candy after a long internet search trying to find clove candy canes. Apparently no one makes the candy canes anymore. I loved those in high school. *sob* (I buy clove gum by the case, too. )

I got my girlfriend this a couple of years ago:

I got her a full year... it truly was the gift that kept on giving. For around 30 bucks a month, there were at least three days where she thought I was GOD!

I'd fuck something up and think 'Okay, how long before she gets her next chocolate package?'

Now... if I had only timed it to arrive during her period week. *sigh*

They have these caramel apple lollipops...green apple hard candy dipped in the caramel...my absolute favorite...

Almost any Swiss Chocolate. Lindt's is easy to procure so that's what I usually go with now.

On the other hand, I can remember as a child watching a Snickers commercial. It hooked me! I sneaked out of the house and ran to the corner store and bought that Snickers. Then I ate it as I ran home and was able to slip into the house just in time for dinner. Glad my Mom didn't catch me!

When I was young I had a territory that covered the little town of Littitz, PA. (about 40 miles from Hershey). When one drove into that town, all you could smell was chocolate. They had a factory that made something like Hershey Kisses. If you stopped at the factory, they had a bowl-full of the things in the lobby. I always stopped. (Can't remember the name of the factory or the candy).
Wait, yes I can! They were called Wilbur Buds.

Man the smell in that town was awesome!
