haven't done it yet....too busy.....
did some lamb chops though....
marinated in some olive oil, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, balsamic, fresh mint/oregano/italian parsley, and a little soy sauce. i know, weird combo, felt like playing a little....tasty though! then i put it in the oven under the broiler.....

will do the roast soon....and will prolly do the provencial thing....dying to use my dutch oven again!

did a yummy flank steak tonight and sliced it diagonally and tossed it over some greens, beets, orange peppers and cherry tomatoes....some good olive oil and spanish sherry vinegar drizzled over it, sprinkled some fleur de sel, and then squeezed a little lime over it....mm mm goooood!
