Trying to get all the tedious tasks done at work so I can just get a good long workout in today. Ate like shit yesterday, didn't workout or stretch, didn't drink enough water or get enough sleep and I'm feeling it today. Headache be damned, gonna be a better day today!
 
Trying to motivate myself to put my clothes back on because I've left my phone charger in the car, but really not wanting to 🙈
