I use cbdmd brand of full spectrum cbd oil.

I get the 6000mg chocolate mint flavor and just put 2 drops under the tongue and don't swallow for a minute. It is absorbed through those glands under your tongue and doesn't have to go through the digestive tract.

Some people get relief from THC but I never did and I don't like feeling high. The cbd though works great for me.

I tried it on an old dog before she passed and it really helped her pain because she was a lot more active.

Finding the correct dosage for cbd is kind of tricky tho as everyone has a different dose that works. Take too much and it's ineffective take to little and it's also ineffective so finding your personal dosage required is tantamount to getting pain relief from cbd oil.
