I have watched a horror movie or 2 everyday since October started. Tonight I did the boogeyman based on Stephen Kings short story, Book of Blood and now Evil Dead. Just thought i would throw this out there. Here….

That came out when I was in high school. Loved the way they worked the sci-fi/horror genre! Laurence Fishburne was awesome in it. Sam Neill too!

Today I watched Return of the Living Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, Terrifier 2, and All Hallows Eve. Also set up outdoor decorations. Man oh man do I love me some Halloween.

Not many people know about All Hallows Eve, you go into the deep cuts

Oh yeah 2 is brutal and scary but so well done. They added surreal and fantasy elements, like a totally bonkers dream sequence. The cast in this one is wonderful as is the score. Definitely check it out.

They re-released 2 this year in theaters, and are showing a teaser for 3 before it. I haven’t seen the teaser yet, but I’m excited

Boogeyman was pretty good. It kind of starts off where Kings short story ends. I have to say- that short story had me unable to sleep with the closet door open until I was like 24/25 and the bf moved in and slept closet side. He still does.
Evil Dead. I have no idea which version I watched but I can guarantee you it was not made in the 70s/80s

I am actually kind of fascinated with Vlad Dracula.. but this is just a character in Ghost Busters II.

If I see a documentary on Vlad Tepes… I usually watch it, even when I think I have seen it before.
